Tameka Gaines Holly, Founder and CEO of Tameka Gaines Holly, LLC has many years of experience, education and expertise in organizational management and development, training and evaluation, strategic planning and grant writing. She has served in many leadership capacities throughout her career and has helped to grow organizations, financially, operationally and programmatically. As an experienced professional with more than ten years of a unique combination of executive management and business operations experience, Ms. Holly consistently displays exemplary problem-solving skills while utilizing analytical and interpersonal skills to produce optimal outcomes.

Ms. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Management from Florida A & M University in Tallahassee, Florida. In addition, she earned a Master of Public Health degree from University of North Florida located in her hometown of Jacksonville, Florida where she also received a certificate in Nonprofit Management.

Prior to starting TGH, Ms. Holly worked with many nonprofit, for profit and governmental organizations where she has been responsible for the acquisition, management, implementation, administration and evaluation of over $10 million of public and private funds.
