Strategic planning services are inclusive of an organizational assessment, as well as an assessment of the internal and external environment and stakeholders. In addition, the project team will work collaboratively to develop specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time-bound (SMART) goals. Of which, a written document detailing the process and vision and direction of the organization will be created.

Organizational Development and Management Services, similar to all consulting services, begins with an organization assessment of current operations including, but not limited to finance, human resource, executive management, service areas, operations, etc. Based upon the results of the assessment, TGH will develop an outcomes report with specific identified areas for improvement. In addition, we will assist in the development and management of improved processes, practices, policies and procedures, personnel, systems and/or structure to move the organization forward.

Program planning and administration services include providing direction to an organization’s vision for a specific program or project. TGH will provide a written plan that details the vision of the organization’s leadership by clearly illustrating direction. The plan can include, narrative, logic model, timeline and outlined goals, objectives and outcome measures. In addition, TGH can provide administrative oversight of the program that includes, the vetting of personnel to complete the program/project, training to staff, development of protocols and policies, etc.

Grant and/or technical writing services comes complete with developing a “grants watch” process that identifies eligible funding opportunities. TGH works collaboratively with organization to determine “goodness of fit.” Once organization decides to pursue an opportunity, TGH, in coordination with organization’s leadership, will develop the proposal including, conducting research, developing goals and objectives, design, response, budget and evaluation plan for organization’s review and submission. This service includes federal, state, local, foundation, etc. grant opportunities.
