A typical TGH client engagement process starts with a free one-hour consultation with the organization’s leader or leadership team. The identified leadership team will determine the specific area or areas our services and assistance may be needed. After which, the leadership of the organization and TGH will work collaboratively to determine the scope of services that will help in improving the organization and, then execute a formal contract. Once the contract has been executed, an implementation plan will be developed that will include the established scope of services, timeline, assigned organization representatives and progress milestones. In addition, clients can expect and initial Implementation Kick-off Meeting where the implementation plan will shared and presented for feedback from key staff and/or stakeholders.
